- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Ab Initio development
- Strong proficiency with Ab Initio components including GDE, EME, Multifile System, and Continuous Flows
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL capabilities
- Solid experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience with performance tuning, parallel processing, and error handling in Ab Initio
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as Autosys
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Working knowledge of Python or PySpark
- Participate in the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for ETL development using Ab Initio
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross‑functional partners
- Drive technical initiatives and contribute to solution design across multiple teams
- Ensure development best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards
