Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, your role is to facilitate and coach Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, promoting collaboration, and removing obstacles to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.

Responsibilities:

• As part of this role, the candidate is expected to actively have strong Scrum Master skills

• The candidate will work closely with all the critical stakeholders to successfully steer towards successful project outcomes

• The candidate will work on multiple technology projects/ work initiatives supporting the business


Core Alignment:

Knowledge of infrastructure/hardware will be required

Ideally familiarity with voice/telephony/enterprise cloud printing environments

Project Management skills would be helpful; help bring team into agile would be highly beneficial

Seeking agile transformation journey – coaching/mentoring – building trust with supporting teams etc.
