About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational reporting for the Mobile Experience division. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and ensure financial accuracy across key business operations.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Manage and track departmental budgets to support strategic business decisions.
- Support monthly and annual forecasting, closing, and financial reporting activities.
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Conduct ROI and cost analyses for projects to support investment decisions.
- Develop and deliver clear, data‑driven reports and presentations for leadership.
Operational Finance & Process Optimization
- Maintain and update workflows aligned with new business policies.
- Manage investment modules and support long‑term financial planning processes.
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial models, insights, and performance dashboards.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Sample Inventory & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Manage end‑to‑end sample inventory processes — tracking, documentation, and auditing.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, retail, and product teams on sample lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies for sample distribution, recycling, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare audit‑ready documentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop spreadsheets, charts, and visualizations to support decision‑making.
- Analyze business, industry, and economic factors to support investment assessments.
- Interpret data related to pricing, stability, and future trends to guide recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business planning.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communication skills — ability to translate financial data into clear insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with corporate financial processes and compliance frameworks.
- Bilingual in Korean (Read/Write/Speak) is highly preferred for team collaboration.
