SAP Callidus Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Salary- $120,000-$125,000

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Technical Lead to drive configuration, development, data integrations, and lifecycle management within a large enterprise environment. This is a senior-level role requiring deep technical expertise and strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Required Technical Skills
- SAP Callidus – Advanced configuration, compensation rules, compensation plan optimization, and complex system customization.
- Oracle PL/SQL – Strong experience with ETL, large-scale data integration, and reporting support.
- UNIX / Shell Scripting – Automation of recurring tasks and process efficiency improvement.
- Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) – Version control, hierarchy management, and database synchronization.
- SAP HANA
- Crystal Reports – Design, development, and maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Callidus configuration, development, and ongoing optimization for complex business needs.
- Integrate data between SAP Callidus and landing‑pad databases; build and consume APIs for interoperability.
- Develop UNIX shell scripts to automate processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Oversee end‑to‑end Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM), including hierarchies, syncing, and version governance.
- Integrate SAP organizational data into workflows and manage workflow adjustments aligned with business changes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical functions.
- Build and support PL/SQL‑based ETL processes and contribute to enterprise data/reporting initiatives.
Managerial & Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to lead offshore teams.
- Able to work independently with business stakeholders for requirements and to lead technical discussions.
