Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale system conversion and transformation initiatives within the Commercial Banking division. This role requires strong expertise in commercial lending products, strategic planning, and project delivery in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project management for complex, high-risk initiatives with multiple dependencies.
- Lead large-scale system conversions and transformation programs within financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives, product roadmaps, and OKRs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level communication and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project execution.
- Oversee change management and risk mitigation strategies for critical initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, business execution, strategic planning, and product delivery.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale change initiatives within commercial lending.
- Strong understanding of commercial lending products (auto, inventory finance, trade finance).
- Experience with systems supporting factoring and dealer finance.
- Familiarity with syndicated lending and mid-tier commercial lending.
- Exposure to homegrown systems and global receivables platforms.
- Expertise in regulatory reporting, data analytics, product management, and lending technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira (including dashboard/report development).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence applications in financial services.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in matrixed environments.
