About the Role
We're seeking Product Owners to help build the next-generation Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform. In this role, you will partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable backlog items and lead agile teams to deliver high-quality capabilities that enhance client experience and business outcomes.
This position is part of the Commercial Bank’s Supply Chain Finance business and plays a critical role in delivering end-to-end platform solutions.
Responsibilities

Backlog Ownership & Delivery
- Translate product strategy into a prioritized backlog with clear epics, features, and user stories.
- Define and refine scope, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Track product goals and KPIs/OKRs to maintain delivery against vision and compliance standards.

Customer-Centric Execution
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and agile teams to incorporate feedback into backlog updates.
- Partner with Client Advisory Board to integrate insights into sprint and quarterly planning.

Agile Leadership
- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews) and ensure clarity and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate dependencies across squads for cohesive omni-channel experiences.

Risk & Compliance
- Embed policy, SDLC, and control requirements into stories and release processes.
- Maintain transparent documentation for auditability.

Continuous Improvement
- Promote agile best practices and coach teams on discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management or equivalent (work experience, training, military service, or education).
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing agile backlogs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services, Commercial Banking, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SDLC, risk, compliance, and control integration in product delivery.
- Strong skills in customer discovery, insight synthesis, and metrics-driven prioritization (OKRs/KPIs).
