Job Description
Clinical Quality position within behavioral health quality department.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Contacting providers about needed patient care
- Auditing/reviewing cases
- Researching behavioral health HEDIS measures
- Report writing and editing
- Supporting incident processing
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Healthcare background
- Behavioral health experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Internet connection
Preferred Skills:
- Clinical background
- Quality background
- Quality of care reviewing
- HEDIS experience
