We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Operations Specialist for a one‑year contract supporting provider outreach and quality assurance functions across PCR, RADV, HEDIS, and PNP teams. This fully remote role focuses on outbound provider engagement, education, and relationship management to ensure successful program participation.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound outreach (40–60 calls per day) to providers via phone and email to explain program requirements and request necessary information.

Build and maintain strong provider relationships to reduce abrasion and improve participation.

Research provider inquiries, prepare data, and complete timely follow‑up.

Meet established performance metrics and respond constructively to coaching and feedback.

Ensure full compliance with PHI and HIPAA standards, including maintaining a secure and private workspace.

Support internal teams by contributing to quality assurance activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience in an office or customer service environment using phones and computers.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Understanding of outbound calling workflows (not inbound).

Preferred Skills

Strong verbal communication and a professional phone presence.

Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently in a remote environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Remote Work Requirements

Must reside within the United States.

Dedicated, private workspace free from interruptions.

Ability to securely handle sensitive and confidential documents.

Appropriate childcare arrangements during work hours.

Proper camera etiquette; must remain on camera for the full duration of training (two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute lunch provided).

No one may enter the workspace during calls or training sessions due to HIPAA requirements.

Additional Information

This is a 1‑year contract position.

A typing test is required.

Training is approximately 2 weeks, conducted virtually and requires full attendance 8am-5pm CST
