Judge Direct Placement is seeking a skilled Project Manager with proven experience in the Metal Building industry. In this role, you’ll manage projects from contract to completion, acting as the key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
***This is a remote based role with approximately 30% travel domestically***
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Review contracts, drawings, and specs for accuracy
- Maintain and update engineering work orders
- Process change orders while protecting financial objectives
- Manage contract records in IFS
- Coordinate material requirements for preassembled components
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Drive communication between departments to meet project needs
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Design-related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in metal building manufacturing, drafting, estimating, or construction
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and ERP software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems
