We are seeking a highly skilled Small Cell Network Real Estate Specialist with a strong background in small cell deployment and construction management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume small cell projects and navigating real estate processes for wireless infrastructure.

• Manage real estate activities related to small cell network deployment, including site acquisition, leasing, permitting, and construction coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective site development.
• Review and negotiate lease agreements, easements, and other real estate documents.
• Coordinate with municipalities, property owners, and utility companies to secure necessary approvals and access.
• Oversee construction timelines and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site status, lease terms, and project milestones.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in network real estate, preferably in small cell or wireless infrastructure.
• Strong construction background, with experience managing site builds and working with contractors.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume small cell projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience with Telecommunication is a strong plus, especially if the candidate participated in the VSP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience working with municipalities and utility companies.
• Knowledge of telecom regulations and standards.
