Description:
1. Needs a resource to step in as backfill for the current Asst Director so the Asst Director can step out of day-to-day to support the planned TCHP Tapestry implementation.
2. Backfill need to support/drive as Asst. Director:
1. Answering questions, and reviewing Benefit Configuration
2. Answering questions, and reviewing Contract Configuration
3. Guiding the team to best practices, understanding how our Contracts are built, and strong knowledge of where the codes are housed, and understanding the inter connectivity for updating the system, and understanding downstream implications.
4. Strong knowledge of Claims Pricing,
5. CES, all things edits.
6. Guiding the Mangers and their work plans , and re-prioritizing as needed.
7. Understanding complex configuration and directing the team/analyst to the best possible configuration
8. Request, review and correct reports for configuration analyses and claims reprocessing
9. Assist in clarifying and documenting requirements for configuration changes
