The Judge Group has an exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments in multiple states and specific counties of these states with one of the largest healthcare providers.

Position Summary:

- Nurse Practitioners conduct in-home annual health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members

- Nurse Practitioner will complete visits on members within scope of county chosen

- no prescribing nor phlebotomy involved

- weekend hours are allowed if that works with your schedule

Qualifications:

- ANCC and/or AANP CERTIFICATION

- Minimum of 6 months experience as a NP

- all board certifications accepted EXCEPT PMHNP or WMNP
