JOB DESCRIPTION:

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication.

The person in this position will be working terminations and will also assist with CPI and Jeopardy.

Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI.

Responsibilities:

Experience with auditing billing/invoices

Systems audit experience

Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
