We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of complex applications and services.
- Define architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
- Review code and ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance.
- Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
- Mentor and guide developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in software design, architecture, and development.
- Excellent knowledge of [Java/.NET/Python/Node.js/etc.] and relevant frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience designing highly scalable and high-availability systems.
- Knowledge of security, observability, performance engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
