Overview

Responsible for Leading a team of ServiceNow developers who will involve along with the Lead Engineer in Service Now development, support and collaboration with process owners, enhancing core applications and ensuring delivery and on-going support of IT solutions. The ServiceNow Lead is accountable for configuring and setting up ServiceNow modules/applications for Prodapt’s clients along with ServiceNow developers.


Responsibilities

  • Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving ServiceNow.
  • Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
  • Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
  • Review architectural decisions, architecture solution, re-engineering architectures to meet project requirements.
  • Ability & Experience to define at an architectural level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business problems.
  • Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and Lead Engineers.
  • Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement and support of latest ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
  • Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
  • Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow
  • Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Experience in leading a team of ServiceNow Leads, developers and handling features.
  • Proven development and implementation experience across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical insights on the capabilities and best practices of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Engage, demonstrate and influence stakeholders in a consultative manner.
  • Transform business requirements into technical solutions and lead them to implementation and closure.
  • Own the design, build and implementation of platform changes.
  • Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving ServiceNow.
  • Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
  • Analyse and Evaluate alternative solutions and recommends cost effective and efficient solutions.
  • Propose data model, design changes to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations.
  • Ability to understand ServiceNow lifecycle, multitask, time management skills.
  • Must have interest to coach/mentor junior engineers and deliver assigned tasks.

Should have good slide preparation and presentation skill.


Requirements

  • 11+ years development experience with ServiceNow exposure of minimum 8 years.
  • Experience in leading a team of ServiceNow Leads and developers.
  • Required experience with TSM, ITSM, CSM, CMDB,TSOM modules.
  • Hands-on experience on product modelling, service modelling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff
  • Consultative and analytical approach
  • Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes
  • Good understanding of TMF API's such as TMF622, TMF641, TMF640.
  • Hands-on experience on integrations such as FSM, ITSM, Event Management.
  • Hands-on experience on Flow Designer, Integration hub, REST messages, SOAP messages, webservices.
  • Hands-on experience on Platform components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions.
  • Strong technical background using web technologies (specifically HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, REST/SOAP)
  • Implementation, Customization and Maintenance experience in ITIL modules such as Incident, Change, Problem & Knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in Creating and maintaining API’s and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
  • Experience in loading data into SNOW from third party system using Web Services and Import Sets.
  • Fluency in creating Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies & UI Actions.
  • Build customized dashboards and reports.
  • Experienced in working with email notifications & inbound actions.
  • Knowledge in migration between various ServiceNow instances using Update Sets.
  • Should be involved in working with process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications.
