Responsibilities

  • Own and act as the subject-matter expert for an assigned product area or capability.
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements aligned with the overall product strategy.
  • Decompose capabilities into features and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to features and stories
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure the technical design is well-defined and aligns with business needs
  • Review and validate solution designs with business stakeholders and obtain formal sign-off
  • Partner with Program and Project Managers to define timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Guide engineering teams through clarifications, prioritization, and scope alignment
  • Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end business and system processes for the assigned product area
  • Lead walkthroughs and demos of the product capabilities to business and leadership stakeholders
  • Ensure delivered functionality meets quality, usability, and business outcome expectations
  • Experience working in and leading large multi-disciplinary teams required
  • Publishing metrics and status reports

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management in a technology-driven environment

  • Hands-on experience owning a product area, capability, or major functional module

  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements

  • Experience writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Business stakeholders

  • Experience participating in solution design discussions and validating technical approaches against business needs

  • Experience supporting program/project planning, including defining milestones and managing dependencies

  • Experience working within large, multi-disciplinary teams

  • Experience preparing and publishing metrics, dashboards, and status reports

  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
