Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the telecom sector.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives to offer customized solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecom products and services.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation of telecom solutions and services for clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in account management, preferably in the telecom sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, engineering or related.
