We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT industry with a minimum of 8 years in the telecom sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including but not limited to network infrastructure, OSS, BSS, Cloud, Data and AI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or related field.
