We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and drive large-scale migration initiatives, ensuring successful transition from legacy systems to modern platforms while aligning to business objectives and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria for the migration initiative.

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple project streams within the migration program.

  • Engage with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to ensure alignment on program goals.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.

  • Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Track KPIs, milestones, and financials across the entire program.

  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

  • Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of issues.

  • Allocate resources across projects and manage overall program budgets.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of project teams and vendors.

  • Drive organizational readiness for migration through change management activities.

  • Coordinate training, documentation, and communication plans to support change.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and quality standards throughout migration.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT program management, with 3+ years focused on migration or modernization projects.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Experience in legacy-to-modern platform migrations (Mainframe, Cloud, Distributed Systems).

  • Familiarity with data migration, application re-platforming, and integration strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of financial tracking and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.

  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise migration programs.

  • Exposure to regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
