We are currently seeking a Sales Leader, Alliance to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead growth initiatives across Insurance & BFSI sectors. This role is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing client relationships with a strong emphasis on alliance-based sales in collaboration with leading Hyperscalers & partners. The ideal candidate will combine alliance sales with strategic vision, industry expertise, and strong leadership to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for target industries.
    • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
    • Build and maintain C-level relationships to position the organization as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Lead a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers to achieve multi-million-dollar targets.
    • Oversee alliance sales pipeline development, forecasting, and governance for large, complex deals.
    • Ensure compliance with pricing, contracting, and risk management policies.
  • Industry & Solution Expertise
    • Leverage deep knowledge of Financial Services & Insurance to identify trends and create tailored value propositions.
    • Collaborate with solution architects from practices , CGO and delivery teams to design client-centric proposals.
    • Lead RFP/RFQ responses and executive presentations for large transformation deals.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 12–15+ years in IT consulting/managed services sales, with proven success in hunting and farming roles.
  • Demonstrated success in alliance-based selling, particularly in collaboration with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, application modernization, and managed services delivery models.
    • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage sales for portfolios exceeding $100M annually.
  • Skills: Executive presence, consultative selling, negotiation, and ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Performance Metrics

  • New logo revenue contribution.
  • Growth in existing accounts (cross-sell/upsell).
    • Pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
