Job Description - Senior Project Manager

Introduction/ Brief Job Overview / Role Importance

We are seeking a talented Project Manager with experience in infrastructure related projects to oversee an M365 tenant to tenant migration of Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint and one drive data. You are comfortable engaging and directing project stakeholders of all levels and work in cooperation with a wide delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the discovery, migration design and migration of the M365 tenant

• Baselining the delivery to schedule

• Identify and manage risk throughout the project

• Identify, develop and quantify corrective action plans

• Deploy project controls to monitor project performance

• Responsible for developing, analysing, evaluating, delivering and interpreting projects key metrics

• Conducting performance reviews, capacity planning, and providing inputs for cost/benefit analysis team

Basic Required Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of IT Infrastructure project management principles and techniques

• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills

• 5+ years relevant experience of delivering infrastructure projects as Project Manager

• PMP or Prince2 accreditation

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to lead global project teams of medium to large scope and high complexity.

• Graduate degree preferred.
