Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Senior Manager Healthcare Consultant within Baker Tilly Advisory Group! Your main responsibilities will include working directly with Directors, Principals and clients performing consulting services including business planning, strategic planning, financial projections, operational consulting, and other analyses to Senior Living clients.

What you will do:
- Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for:
- Advising clients on best practices regarding operations and project expansion, development or redevelopment considerations
- Developing Excel-based financial analysis and financial projections to support client project plans
- Preparation of accounting reports on prospective financial statements
- Working knowledge to access state and federal regulations for senior living operators, inclusive of CCRCs, assisted living and nursing
- Facilitating strategic discussions with clients regarding business opportunities
- Assist in facilitating project management for internal and external projects
- Participating in defined business development activities
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively and with a sense of urgency in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients
- Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
- Ability to learn from experiences and integrate new knowledge and skills into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate
- Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of work experience in the Aging Services field
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Experience and knowledge working within MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, etc.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
The compensation range for this role is $128,000 to $262,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
