Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Process, create, edit, and format client deliverables (e.g., tax returns, extensions, etc.) including software setup, maintenance and delivery.
Review, proofread, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to all applicable quality control and compliance standards.
Plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet client, internal and external deadlines, including proactive communication of status, timeliness and workflow questions.
Follow through on commitments, identify issues and escalate appropriately to support timely and accurate delivery.
Support special projects, seasonal tasks and other needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner, incorporating feedback to continuously improve quality
Takes initiative to develop technical skills and apply knowledge with support and direction
Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
May require some overtime hours
