Job Summary
Responsible for the architecture and the overall technical vision and direction of the Cyber Security Product organization. Architects B2B product solutions, business standards, goals, strategies and objectives (within assigned areas) that are competitive with industry standards and strives to arrive at those goals. Monitors and assists in creating annual and quarterly budgets. Develops and leads a team of dynamic cyber engineering staff and assures work performance is in adherence to company and industry standards. Acts as a technical resource to product management across the department and lateral departments. Exercises solid knowledge of cyber engineering skills and methodology with a working knowledge of applicable cyber security compliance standards and best practices. Applies innovative solutions for cyber engineering developmental problems that are competitive with industry and company standards. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s). This role is also responsible for leading a Core Implementation Engineering team focused on implementing changes, capacity upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management related to Comcast Business's global network infrastructure.Job Description
