MarketScale, the platform for B2B community engagement, is hiring an Account Executive, Business Development to fuel our growth in the B2B sector. This role is designed for sales professionals with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on proactive outreach, including cold calling, to develop new business relationships. This is a high-activity, high-impact role that will play a crucial part in expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns, to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Leverage MarketScale’s comprehensive suite of content creation tools and platforms, including live broadcasts, webinars, and podcasts, to attract and secure new clients.
Utilize Salesforce CRM and Hubspot to manage leads, track sales activities, and drive sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through persistent follow-up and exceptional communication skills.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance MarketScale's visibility and connect with key decision-makers.
What to Expect:
Monday – Friday full-time in-office (Downtown Dallas).

Salary plus commission and performance incentives. OTE $90k - $130k+.
