About this opportunity:

As a Strategic Product Manager at Ericsson, you hold the responsibility of driving product strategies from conception to end of life. Our goal is to exceed market expectations and maximize profitability and working capital benefits for Ericsson.

What you will do:

• Own and evolve the Ericsson Service Assurance product strategy and roadmap

• Gather market feedback for roadmap by leading/participating in customer meetings and workshops and in sessions with internal stakeholders (MA Architects and Account Teams, SA Services and Tier 2 Support teams, etc.)

• Translate operational use cases into product requirements working closely with Service Assurance Architects, System Managers, UX, QA and Program management

• Achieve release milestones (PRM, PRT, PRG) and ensure necessary artifacts are produced

• Achieve compliance with E/// internal directives for product security, cloud maturity, serviceability, etc. by collaborating and negotiating with E/// stakeholders in each of those areas

• Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and industry standards to remain relevant and competitive and ready to support emerging technologies

• Bi-annual review and alignment/adjustment of the Service Assurance Business Plan with SA stakeholders.

• Partner with sales support and commercial management on establishing commercial model and pricing and to develop custom pricing, when necessary, to secure new business and produce material for go-to-market, sales enablement, trade shows, etc.

• Ensure accuracy of 3PP royalty and support payments by confirming with local teams current status of applications in customer environments

What you will Bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must

• Ability to prioritize time effectively

• Comfortable making decisions and setting direction forward often with less information than desired

• Knowledge of assurance systems and assurance market in general

• University degree – bachelors is required

• MBA or equivalent would be beneficial

• Knowledge of AI is beneficial e.g. anomaly detection
