Your ability to act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation will be key to your success.
What you'll do:

- Collaborate with Ericsson’s Central IT teams to align forward-deployed initiatives with enterprise-wide standards, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Design and deploy end-to-end solutions, translating complex business requirements into architecture blueprints aligned with Ericsson’s strategic goals and technological landscapes.
- Partner with program managers, product owners, and technical engineers to define project scope, prioritize deliverables, and overcome implementation hurdles.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to evaluate technical requirements and co-create solutions that integrate seamlessly across decentralized business units and enterprise systems.
- Facilitate proof-of-concept (PoC) projects in close coordination with local teams and Central IT, iteratively validating innovations and ensuring rapid deployment of impactful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system integration challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of deployed solutions while proactively addressing non-functional requirements such as scalability and performance.
- Advocate for and drive adoption of modern technologies, including cloud-native platforms, microservices architectures, DevOps practices, and AI/ML capabilities, tailored to the specific needs of business teams.
- Regularly communicate insights and progress to senior technical and business leaders to maintain transparency and alignment across all strategic AI/IT initiatives.
Skills you'll bring:
- Experience and Education:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Solution Architect, forward-deployed engineer, or in a comparable role working across business units and centralized IT organizations.
- A proven track record of designing and deploying scalable enterprise solutions tailored to real-world operational needs, with a focus on high-impact projects that integrate with enterprise ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Transferable Skills:
- Expertise in integrating cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP into enterprise environments, with familiarity around Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Solid grasp of integration frameworks, middleware tools, and API design patterns, enabling seamless data flow and system communication across business functions.
- Hands-on experience embedding AI/ML tools and platforms into enterprise workflows, delivering applied and scalable artificial intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, toolchains, CI/CD practices, and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or Docker, with emphasis on repeatable and efficient deployments.
- Proficiency with architectural principles (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems) and their application for robust, future-facing solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Central IT teams to align decentralized business solution architectures with global enterprise strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to cultivate trust and alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.
- Clear and structured communication skills, with fluency in conveying technical findings to business audiences and vice versa.
- Innovation and Adaptability:
- A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for deploying transformative solutions that deliver measurable value to business functions.
- Flexibility to operate in complex, rapidly changing environments while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
