About this opportunity:
Join our innovative team as an Improvement Manager, where you will be instrumental in identifying, driving, supporting, and facilitating efficient and effective transformations within our US 5G Smart Factory. Your goal will be to translate business needs into tangible results, enhancing stakeholder, operational, and financial performance, and fostering necessary cultural changes. You will support improvements and implementations across processes, workflows, operations, and organizational structures through major transformation initiatives, projects, programs, and day-to-day continuous improvements.
What you will do:
- Drive change management in/across functional areas
- Support and facilitate changes from an end-to-end view
- Gather and prepare analytical insights
- Ensure communication with stakeholders
- Assess and confirm financial impact.
- Manage required documentation for initiatives ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Strive for simplification
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or another technical related field
- 4+ years of experience in transformation or change management
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in data analysis and negotiation
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
- Works well with ambiguous assignments
- Experience in program or process management
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience in cross functional teams in a manufacturing environment Exposure working within a global organization
