Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional executive support? We're seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join the Network Services team within CU AT&T but will support 4 KAMs and our CTO. This is a pivotal role where you'll be the linchpin of our executive operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth office operations.

What You Will Do
Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for multiple Vice Presidents.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including meeting requests and phone calls.
- Process expense reports and track budgets.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute internal and external events, including customer-facing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support in managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee coordination.
- Act as a professional and welcoming point of contact for external customers and partners during onsite visits and events.
Office Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support others as a point of contact for office vendors and building management.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and visitors.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other Executive Administrative Assistants to ensure seamless support across the organization.
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
The Skills You Bring
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Extensive experience in arranging complex schedules, managing time and logistics across multiple time zones, with a global perspective and understanding.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Professional curiosity and a drive to understand HOW and WHY things work within a company.
- The ability to work well within a team, and individually.
- A positive and energetic attitude that people enjoy working with.

Your Health

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
