About this opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Order Management professional within the BNEW SAN SAR MANA SL Repair org unit. This role will report to the Service Delivery Line Manager.

What you will do

  • Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations as needed

  • Help to efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks and accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing orders

  • Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items

  • Oversee flow of priority units through the warehouse receiving, cleaning, and shipping process

  • Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to upper management

  • Work with the market area for all priority units once the request has been opened

  • Keep up to date tracking records for each request

  • Report on KPI’s for priority process and suggest improvements where available

  • Create/register a Customer Service Request (CSR) for replenishment orders

  • Register the incoming internal order and verify it

  • Ensure material requirement is generated to fulfil customer request.

  • Monitor the order to ensure all line items are confirmed, the order is acknowledged in a timely manner and ensure that it meets customer/project requirement.

  • Analyze and cater to the change request from stakeholders.

  • Track the order to secure completion and closure in a timely manner.

  • Secure that shipments are executed as planned. From Logistic Service Provider (LSP) confirmation until physical goods delivery and Transport Service purchase order creation.

The skills you bring

  • SAP for unit price per original sales order, and creating CSR for replenishment

  • IFS M5 RMA creation, processing, and updates, warehouse shipment and receiving flow

  • Import/Export processing for international shipments

  • warehouse automation experience and WMS knowledge

  • proficient in excel

  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility
