Job Description

Position Title: Senior Quote Desk Analyst, GTM Strategy & Acceleration

Location: Dallas, TX

The Role

The Senior Quote Desk Analyst role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Lead to Contract process. This position leverages process expertise and analytical skills to facilitate efficient quoting and order management, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. It is a crucial role to ensure the seamless functioning of our Sales teams both during digital transformation and during business as usual.

What you’ll do

  • Configure, price, and generate quotes, ensuring accurate translation of complex configurations and supporting commercial terms
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide timely and accurate quotes.
  • Manage multiple quotes simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to quotes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any changes or reworks required for quotes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and sales processes.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to proactively resolve or escalate issues as necessary
  • Pro-actively follow up on progress of Opportunities and other related cases
  • Assist in generating and updating agreements within the Contract Lifecycle Managememt tool.
  • Work with other Senior Quote Desk Analysts to ensure workload is distributed and back-up processes are in place
  • Assist in resolving issues with non-standard quotes to help CRO teams meet key targets during quarter and year-end periods.
  • Report and manage system issues (bugs, latency, errors) to IT, submit enhancement requests, and track delivery timelines to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Manage escalated case resolutions, addressing edge cases and process ambiguities while creating documentation for future reference.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of quoting processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, recommending actionable insights based on quantitative analysis.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features or updates, validating outcomes against business requirements and logging issues with IT.
  • Maintain a well-networked presence across cross-functional sub-regional teams to ensure issues and escalations can be resolved promptly
  • Manage/Support trainings on the Lead to Contract process
  • Support on ad-hoc sales process queries and projects as required

What you will need:

  • 3 years work experience
  • Track record of delivering results in a Sales Support role, CRM role or similar role from within the Data Center industry or any other relevant industry
  • Fluency in local (if required) and English language, both written and spoken
  • Further European languages beneficial
  • Preferably a Bachelor or business school level of education in IT, Engineering or Business
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced working with and navigating a CRM tool; Salesforce experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
