Job Description

Position Title: Operations Project Manager – OT Remediation

Location: Austin, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Phoenix, Ashburn

Your role The OT Remediation Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global phases of the OT Remediation program on behalf of the Global Operations department. The role involves managing smaller to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals, and will need a unique blend of leadership and technical expertise.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance.
  • Support Operations PMO in larger, complex projects as needed.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably within data centers specifically BMS / EPMS / PLC systems, IT infrastructure, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Compensation Philosophy

Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values.

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.

Compensation range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually. This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary/hourly rate for this position at the time of this posting.
