Job Description

Position Title: Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics

Location: Dallas, Texas

Your role

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics will serve as a critical contributor to the development and execution of a multi-year Revenue Operations Trends and Analytics plan. This role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance measurement across our product portfolio (Interconnection, Colocation, Scale) and customer segments (Enterprise and Service Provider).

The overarching objective is to solidify PlatformDIGITAL™ as the premier global data center provider, seamlessly integrating cloud, core, and edge solutions to address data gravity challenges and empower intelligent digital business.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively gather and analyze complex datasets to identify actionable insights.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and key business drivers through advanced data modeling and visualization.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting packages for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at the end of each quarter.
  • Design and implement new data collection methodologies and analytical frameworks to enhance organizational intelligence.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Build and refine models to support Revenue Operations initiatives.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as an analyst or data scientist within a technology-driven organization.
  • MBA or equivalent skills in Data Analytics and Trends
  • Strong ability to interpret and distill complex financial and industry reports for executive-level consumption.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience with programming languages and statistical tools used in data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
