Job Title: Channel Operations Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Your Role
Digital Realty is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to enhance process efficiency, drive system and reporting integrity, and strengthen operational capabilities across the Global Channel Sales team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable visibility into partner performance, pipeline health, and strategic execution.
Digital Realty is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to strengthen our reporting capabilities and support the Global Channel Sales team by ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable visibility into the business.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Intelligence, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment across Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring Channel Sales leaders have real-time, trusted access to their pipeline, performance, and partner activity to drive strategic decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical, detail-oriented operations professional who excels in Salesforce CRM, Power BI reporting, and building executive-level visuals. You will be responsible for owning reporting needs for the Channel team, fielding ad hoc requests, and continuously improving reporting capabilities.
What You’ll Do
· Drive process efficiency across partner lifecycle operations including onboarding, commission tracking, and renewal validations.
· Develop and maintain standardized documentation for all core channel operations processes to support consistency, training, and scalability.
· Oversee Salesforce data quality and implement process to ensure integrity
· Manage and improve Salesforce and related channel systems (PRM, Power BI, Clari), ensuring clean data structures, accurate reporting, and system alignment.
· Serve as one of the subject matter experts in partner data management, reporting logic, and operational escalations.
· Support partner commission reporting and reconciliation, including collaboration with Finance and audit-readiness documentation.
· Assist when needed to analyze channel sales trends, partner engagement, and funnel health to deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.
· Continuously refine internal processes and system workflows to support automation and reduce manual overhead.
What you’ll need
· 2–4 years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or business analytics roles.
· 4+ years of channel experience
· Expert-level Salesforce skills; must be able to navigate and build reports/dashboards independently.
· Proficiency with Power BI and Salesforce to create insightful, executive-level dashboards and visualizations.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise manner for executive audiences.
· High degree of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership mentality.
· Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority in a global environment.
· Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Business-level fluency in English, both written and oral.
