Position Summary

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Test Architect, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Review Project Scope (PTS) and Project Feature (Confluence) documents to determine whether end-to-end (ETE) testing is needed; use the JIRA TA Dashboard and targeted queries to confirm all impacted Scrum Teams, including late joiners.
  • When ETE testing is required, align Business Analysts, the Business Sponsor, and testing teams on scenarios, impacted teams, and open questions; target full scenario sign-off at least one week before UAT/Unified Testing.
  • Coordinate Testbed (TBED) criteria-pull readiness for UAT1/UAT2 in line with the Release Calendar, and drive Test Data Management (TDM) preparation through the designated SharePoint site.
  • Initiate the Test Plan Input in the first impacted Sprint; help teams prepare stories and scripts in the correct Zephyr Release Fix Version aligned to JIRA, or use the required Excel-based process for non-Zephyr teams.
  • Lead Unified Testing communications and execution oversight: distribute status updates at a cadence suited to project risk, monitor progress for slippage, and intervene early to protect release milestones.
  • Oversee JIRA defect health and resolution accountability, validate Zephyr release readiness, and lead testing closure by preparing the TER Readiness Checklist and creating the Test Exit Report (TER).
