Position Summary

We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to join Deloitte’s growing Technology Relationship Services Practice team.

VP Sales Executives are a dynamic, co-evolving community of individuals working together with Deloitte’s Sales and Growth Platforms organizations to create and capture value and position Deloitte’s capabilities and expertise in the market across various technology platforms.

The Technology Relationship Cluster role supports a group of audit client for Deloitte – as a result, Deloitte cannot have an alliance or partnership with Technology Relationships in this Cluster. Deloitte, however, can advise on and implement Technology Relationship products, and interact with the Technology Relationships in certain ways in connection with these activities. When doing so, Deloitte and Technology Relationships must be sensitive to and mindful of the need for independence.

Work you’ll do:

  • Responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Deloitte account teams and the Deloitte Technology Relationships in aligned Cluster. Participate in internal only account planning activities by identifying relevant opportunities while ensuring adherence with independence guidelines.
  • Build & drive key sales initiatives across the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) Industry within AI & Engineering key growth areas (AI, Application Migration/Modernization, Modern Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, etc.). Activities include building campaign strategies, developing campaign collateral, and presenting to Deloitte account teams.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive Industry sales coverage by generating new leads for our Industry Account Teams and initiating the development and execution of lead generation field events, branded collateral, case studies, videos, or white papers.
  • Support education & awareness of the Deloitte Technology Relationships regarding the independence guidelines that apply to the Deloitte-Technology Relationship Cluster.
  • Generate awareness and educate Technology Relationship Teams on our capabilities while ensuring we are adhering to Independence Guidelines

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Technology or relevant Industry markets with an emphasis on significant business development and client relationship experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Strong experience with UKG, ADP, NetApp, including training, certifications relationships in this ecosystem

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300.00 to $322,900.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
