Position Summary

As an Insights Product Senior Consultant on Deloitte's Market Insights team within the Consulting Services Growth Office, you will drive the adoption and scale of the firm's internal market insights product, ensuring Deloitte practitioners have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to turn market intelligence into action. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, product activation, and change management, serving as a key bridge between the product team and the sales leaders who depend on it. As new business units and geographies come onto the platform, you will also help carry them from launch support through to sustained and scaled adoption.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to a self-starter who is energized, not deterred, by ambiguity and thrives building trust with senior and executive stakeholders. You will operate in a high-visibility environment, engaging senior stakeholders across business units to champion adoption and drive value – setting activation priorities and strategy, activating sales and client leaders, and creating leverage to scale the team's impact. You're on the frontlines and will be a critical conduit relaying product feedback, working with product owners, data scientists, growth leaders, and consulting professionals.

You may be a fit for this role if you're technically fluent, product-curious, and equally energized by sales and go-to-market strategy, with a rare opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of market intelligence, AI-powered products, and the future of consulting services.

Recruiting for this role ends on 08/14/2026.

Work You'll Do

As an Insights Product Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Drive activation campaigns: Design and execute tailored working sessions, targeted communications, peer-to-peer learning, and champions community programs to drive adoption across priority user groups.
  • Build and sustain a power user community: Develop and manage a cross-user group forum, including train-the-trainer programming and feedback loops to empower platform champions.
  • Own onboarding through to adoption: Lead expansion to new business units and geographies, from initial planning to launch, then carry that relationship into sustained engagement and value capture.
  • Own front-of-funnel idea intake: Act as first point of contact for ideas and enhancements for harvesting market insights; shape the vision, then team with others to bring it to life.
  • Manage workstreams with precision: Own discrete workstreams, coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage timelines, and maintain quality while juggling competing priorities.
  • Manage up, down, and sideways: Manage activation priorities, risks, blockers, and product feedback across a diverse and matrixed set of stakeholders.
  • Operate comfortably in ambiguity: Navigate evolving priorities and incomplete information; proactively propose paths forward and keep work moving.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • Excellent attention to detail: Ability to juggle multiple complex and competing priorities.
  • Go-to-market strategy and commercial acumen: Understanding of how business units and firm leaders use market intelligence to inform growth decisions, connected to platform activation priorities.
  • High ownership and responsiveness: Reliable follow-through and ability to drive multiple concurrent workstreams to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Executive presence and storytelling: Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and influence adoption behaviors through clear, credible communication.
  • Collaboration and influence: Ability to manage up and work across a matrixed organization, building alignment across business units, product teams, and senior leaders.
  • Analytical and reporting orientation: Comfort working with adoption, usage, and expansion pipeline data to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, product enablement, marketing, business development, program management, or a fast-paced project delivery environment
  • Proven ability to build executive-facing deliverables and manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 5–10%, on average, based on the work you do and the teams you support
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • Background in go-to-market strategy, growth planning, business development, or marketing.
  • Prior experience in product activation, change management, or internal platform adoption; exposure to new business unit onboarding or expansion is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence, research, or competitive analysis tools and platforms.
  • Experience developing enablement content or communications campaigns for diverse practitioner audiences.
  • Comfort navigating a large, matrixed organization across multiple business units or functions.
