Work you’ll do
Executive Accelerators is searching for an Event Data and Insights Manager to join the Executive Events team. Deloitte’s Executive Events delivers experiences for our client executives throughout their careers—from navigating critical points of inflection, to designing a strategic agenda, to leading through personal and organizational change. Creating events and experiences at Deloitte University is complex, involving hundreds of details during planning and delivery onsite, and the data to support planning, communications, and delivery is equally complex. This is an exciting opportunity to drive data quality, accessibility, and insights; work as a key connector between teams; and steward data to create and manage impactful, consistent, and elevated client experiences.
The Event Data and Insights Manager supports executive client events and enables an impactful data story by:
- Executing the vision of shared service Data and Insights capabilities for Salesforce and Measurement, building the team, designing processes, creating cohesive and collaborative ways of working, and driving data-informed storytelling.
- Owning Multi-client Event data strategy, ensuring optimized data collection, integration, management, access, and usage aligned to over-arching XA data and measurement strategies.
- Driving data stewardship by ensuring data accuracy, depth, and integrity in events data platforms, including Salesforce, Qualtrics, and Tableau.
- Defining data management practices and providing solutions to data quality issues.
- Managing development of new analytical processes and business intelligence reports to clearly show the impact of multi-client events.
- Leading data analysis and story-telling, identifying trends, patterns, and reporting performance metrics.
- Assisting in resource strategy and planning across Events shared service teams based at Deloitte University and our offices in India and Costa Rica.
- Mentoring and apprenticing teams as a core part of your role; manage and mentor team of data analysts, guiding in data management and analysis techniques and ensuring highest quality work.
- Acting as business owner for technology projects to drive data quality and consistency, integrating new sources of data for more efficient operations.
- Collaborating with XA technology and data and insights teams to steward data, translate business needs into technical requirements, and contribute to “one XA” data operations, analysis, and insights.
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive culture, valuing each team member, fostering personal connection, fun, and contributing to an environment focused on well-being, belonging, respect and trust.
- Supporting special projects as needed.

- Supporting and guiding teamwork and collaboration in a matrixed organization
- Strong business writing and communication skills
Qualifications include
Required:
- 8+ years’ relevant work experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, or customer insights
- 2+ years of experience managing projects and teams
- Undergraduate degree in business, statistics, data science, or computer science
- Consulting experience a plus
- Capability in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- This is an in-office role and onsite in the Deloitte University Westlake office.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
