Work you’ll do

The One Team Supervisor leads the tactical direction of the daily management of office services and facilities operations across multiple locations under the direction of the Operations Manager (One Team Manager). They supervise and lead a team dedicated to delivering a seamless in-office experience for Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests.

They foster a collaborative and empowered team environment, support professional growth and recognition, and build strong relationships with office leadership and stakeholders. Working closely with management, they implement operational programs and process improvements that ensure efficient, customer-focused service with minimal disruption to the business.

As a One Team Supervisor at Deloitte your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively managing day-to-day operations for office services to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service agreements.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the office services team to deliver proactive, high-quality customer service and foster a collaborative, professional environment.
  • Manage core office services, including mail, printing/production, supply inventory, meeting/event support, kitchen/pantry, and cleaning management.
  • Overseeing facilities management, including vendor/service contract management, maintenance and repair, space planning, property management, and security/life safety programs.
  • Monitoring and overseeing office operating costs and budget, including supplies, maintenance contracts, and vendor payments to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Analyzing and improving department procedures, service delivery, and related systems (such as software and AV equipment) to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager by providing updates on team performance, projects, and service delivery, and by participating in special projects or initiatives as needed.

The team

At Deloitte, the internal operations team provides a full-range of business and hospitality services. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs and an array of other services related to office operations and facility management. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric “experience” for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related office support experience in a corporate, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment, including team leadership responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3 years of related facilities management experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent technical experience, including strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work on-site across multiple DFW metroplex locations, with flexibility to travel to Oklahoma or Arkansas offices as required
  • Ability to lift to 35 pounds
  • Ability to work occasional overtime; nights and weekends
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
