Work You’ll Do
As a Technology Strategy Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, empowering them to align technology investments with their strategic business objectives to accelerate growth and foster innovation. As a key member of high-performing client engagement teams, you will collaborate closely with both clients and Deloitte leadership to address complex business and technology challenges across diverse industries. Your intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset will be instrumental in driving impactful solutions in areas such as:
- IT and AI Strategy Development: Shape forward-thinking strategies that harness the power of technology and artificial intelligence.
- Digital Transformation Planning: Guide clients through the design and execution of comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.
- Technology and AI Roadmap Design: Develop actionable roadmaps that enable clients to realize their technology and AI ambitions.
- Cloud and AI Strategy Implementation: Architect and implement leading-edge cloud and AI adoption strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Emerging Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend innovative technologies to secure competitive advantage.
- Large-Scale Transformation Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise-wide technology transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data-driven insights to deliver measurable, technology-enabled business outcomes.
- Partner with clients to define and articulate their technology vision and strategic direction.
- Conduct comprehensive technology assessments and develop robust business cases.
- Lead vendor selection processes and optimize IT operating models for maximum efficiency.
- Perform risk analysis, performance measurement, and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Guide and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from conception through execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred)
- Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
