EPIC Revenue Cycle Workstream Lead Project Delivery Manager

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Under direction of the Applications Manager, this role is a specialist in their respective Epic Application(s) and supports core functions of the health system's processes
- Overall Revenue Cycle Lead for the project from a Deloitte perspective.:
- Will have direct oversight of 4 Epic build analysts, and a Consultant on the project.
- Responsible for day to day management of the Deloitte revenue cycle workstream which includes working closely with Epic and Client counterparts to project manage the implementation.
- Responsible for exec level content creation, and presentation.
- Responsible to ensure Revenue Cycle related operational and IT decisions are made timely and follow best practices.
- Establish communication with business leaders
- Responsible for issue resolution and triaging as it relates to the revenue cycle workstream
- Maintain compliance with professional standards of practice

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry—and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.
Qualifications
Required
- Must have a current Epic Certification
- Must have 8+ years of Revenue Cycle Operational / IT experience
- Must have worked with Epic EHR (Revenue Cycle) in the past either from an IT or operational perspective
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Must have strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Epic certified in revenue Cycle application (not mandatory)
- Multiple years of experience in Revenue Cycle EHR space
- Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
