Work You’ll Do

Play lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
• Five years of experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience must include five years of:
  • Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and leading IAM integrations for clients across industries;
  • Establishing repeatable processes for secure lifecycle management and application onboarding, and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Assisting application teams through integrations with IAM solutions to achieve user account management, service account management, and access provisioning and de-provisioning;
  • Developing and deploying custom connectors and rules within IAM solutions;
  • Partnering with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Information Security teams to achieve identity governance and improve the client's enterprise security landscape;
  • Identifying, evaluating, and participating in decision-making around new and emerging IAM technologies as subject matter advisor (SMA);
  • Performing code reviews and guiding team efforts to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during implementation of IAM solutions across various target systems;
  • Conducting client workshops to discuss and document requirements for user lifecycle, application onboarding, access requests, and certification workstreams within IAM solutions;
  • Performing project administration activities related to planning and execution of tasks, developing deliverables, delegating resources, tracking project financials, timelines, risks and issues, and reporting to client leadership; and
  • Preparing for and conducting training for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Position requires 50% domestic travel.
