Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics
· Prepare and maintain staffing, headcount, turnover, and other workforce reports
· Develop and deliver presentations in PowerPoint to communicate staffing and workforce insights
· Use Excel to analyze HR data, track trends, and provide insights to leadership
• HRIS and Data Management
· Support HR data entry and data management within HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
· Help ensure HR data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Compliance and Audits
· Assist with internal and external HR audits by gathering and preparing required documentation
· Support compliance monitoring and help update HR policies and procedures
• Employee Experience and Engagement
· Conduct exit interviews and summarize findings to support retention initiatives
· Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
· Support the administration of employee surveys and compile results for review
• HR Operations and Projects
· Assist with HR communications and drafting employee facing materials
· Provide tactical HR support that directly impacts data center employees in the field
· Participate in special projects such as policy rollouts, headcount planning, and HR process improvement initiatives
· Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes for greater efficiency
· Provide logistical support for office setup, HR events, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
· 0–3 years of experience in HR or related field
· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams required
· Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.

Education / Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)·
Work Environment
- Hybrid work model: in-office 3-4 days each week at downtown Dallas HQ.
