We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional EHS Manager to lead field-based environmental, health, and safety efforts for half of our U.S. portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of the company’s EHS programs across construction sites, development projects, and operational data centers.
Reporting to the Senior Director of EHS, this role will oversee a team of Market EHS Managers and partner closely with site leadership, contractors, and internal stakeholders to uphold our safety culture, manage operational risk, and drive EHS performance in the field.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly manage and coach a team of Regional EHS Managers to ensure consistent implementation of safety programs across active sites.
  • Provide field leadership and tactical guidance to resolve safety challenges and ensure teams are resourced, informed, and aligned.
  • Support professional development, succession planning, and performance management within the regional EHS team.


Program Execution & Compliance

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of corporate EHS programs, processes, and expectations at the regional level.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, audit compliance, engage with field teams, and resolve emerging issues.
  • Lead or support investigations for significant incidents and ensure timely and effective corrective actions.
  • Monitor contractor safety performance and drive alignment with company EHS standards and policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional construction, operations, commissioning, and development leads to proactively identify and mitigate EHS risks.
  • Collaborate with the corporate EHS team to relay field insights and help shape tools, templates, and standards based on real-world needs.
  • Serve as a regional liaison for regulatory agencies, clients, third-party auditors, or internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Act as a field ambassador for safety culture, reinforcing leadership accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track, analyze, and report on regional EHS performance metrics, including leading and lagging indicators.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, leadership reporting, and corporate dashboards.
  • Promote and support the use of incident management, inspection, and audit systems.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role across multiple sites.
  • Experience in construction, critical infrastructure, data centers, industrial environments, or similarly complex operational settings required.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high operational complexity.
  • Travel up to 40%

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
