CTG is seeking to fill a Microsoft Entra ID / IAM Engineer position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 months

Duties:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management solutions.
  • Configure and manage Conditional Access policies, multifactor authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and identity governance.
  • Support hybrid identity environments using Microsoft Entra Connect.
  • Implement and troubleshoot identity federation and authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Apply Zero Trust principles to strengthen identity security and mitigate access-related risks.
  • Integrate identity and access management solutions with Microsoft Intune and other enterprise applications.
  • Automate identity administration, provisioning, and reporting using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.
  • Support IAM transformation initiatives, security improvements, and compliance requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and identity and access management (IAM).
  • Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect authentication protocols.
  • Experience with hybrid identity, Microsoft Entra Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, and identity governance.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, identity security risks, and access control best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Graph API, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Experience managing hybrid identity environments and enterprise authentication integrations.
  • Preferred experience in regulated industries and IAM transformation programs.
  • Experience with Azure architecture is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).
  • Preferred: Exposure to Azure Solutions Architect certification (AZ-305).
