GIS Analyst – Data Quality & Spatial Analytics
CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking two GIS Analysts for a long-term contract supporting transportation, public works, and stormwater initiatives. This opportunity combines spatial data quality, advanced analytics, automation, and dashboard development to support infrastructure planning and daily operations.
Assignment Details

Work arrangement: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week

Duration: November 23, 2026–September 30, 2027, with potential extension
What You’ll Do

Review and validate spatial data to improve accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.

Identify and resolve GIS data discrepancies while supporting ongoing data stewardship.

Perform spatial analysis to support stormwater operations, infrastructure management, and strategic planning.

Develop dashboards, maps, and visualizations that turn geospatial data into actionable information.

Automate repeatable GIS workflows and data quality checks.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into useful geospatial solutions.
What You Bring
-
Three plus years of GIS experience.

Experience reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing spatial datasets.

Ability to communicate analytical findings through maps, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
Preferred Background
-
Master’s degree in GIS, Geography, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Experience supporting asset management programs.

Familiarity with Capital Improvement Program (CIP) planning.

Knowledge of transportation infrastructure, stormwater utilities, or public works operations.

Experience with GIS workflow automation and dashboard development.
