Work Setting: 100% Remote
Candidate Location: TX, FL, AZ, SC, NC, KY, GA, IN, or TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Application Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, implementation, and troubleshooting of enterprise business applications.
This position combines application configuration, SQL/database troubleshooting, and technical project coordination. The analyst will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve system issues, implement configuration changes, and support ongoing application functionality.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of application implementation or technical support experience, strong SQL skills, and experience managing configuration-related projects in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support technical business applications and associated business rules.

Troubleshoot application functionality, database issues, and data interface problems.

Write and execute SQL queries to investigate technical issues, analyze data, and support resolution efforts.

Work with relational database management systems (RDBMS) to investigate application and data-related issues.

Collaborate with technical teams to plan and implement application configuration changes.

Support application implementations, system updates, and ongoing technical maintenance.

Coordinate configuration projects, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Communicate with clients and internal technical teams to understand issues and coordinate solutions.

Analyze technical problems, identify potential causes, and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Maintain effective communication throughout configuration and implementation activities.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in application implementation or technical support.

Strong working knowledge of SQL, relational databases (RDBMS), and database queries.

Hands-on experience with application configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Experience investigating and resolving application, database, and data interface issues.

Experience coordinating technical projects, timelines, and implementation activities.

Previous client-facing experience, including managing expectations and communicating technical information.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting application configuration or implementation projects within the real estate industry.
