SAP S/4HANA Commercial Billing Lead Consultant – SD/O2C Hybrid -
CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Commercial Billing Lead Consultant to support a major enterprise transformation and international rollout focused on Mexico and Latin America.
This is a senior functional leadership role for an SAP professional with deep expertise across SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, commercial billing, electronic invoicing, and LATAM localization. The ideal consultant has led complex global-template deployments and understands how to balance enterprise standards with country-specific fiscal, tax, statutory, and electronic-invoicing requirements.
This is not a general SAP SD position. We are specifically seeking candidates who have personally supported Mexico and LATAM S/4HANA rollouts, including hands-on exposure to CFDI, SAP DRC/eDocument, digital compliance, localization testing, and regulatory billing processes.
Work Environment
You will serve as a senior functional lead for the Commercial Billing and Order-to-Cash workstream, helping define, govern, test, deploy, and stabilize SAP solutions supporting Mexico and broader LATAM operations.
Responsibilities include:
Candidates should bring approximately 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, including significant senior-level experience with SAP SD and Order-to-Cash.

You will serve as a senior functional lead for the Commercial Billing and Order-to-Cash workstream, helping define, govern, test, deploy, and stabilize SAP solutions supporting Mexico and broader LATAM operations.

Lead SAP SD/O2C and Commercial Billing solution design for Mexico and LATAM deployments.

Translate local fiscal, tax, invoicing, and statutory requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Maintain alignment between country-specific requirements and the organization's global SAP template.

Lead design decisions across pricing, billing, invoice processing, returns, credit/debit memos, intercompany billing, and customer/business-partner processes.

Own functional design for electronic invoicing and digital compliance requirements.

Support Mexico CFDI processes including invoice creation, fiscal validation, cancellation, credit/debit notes, rejection handling, and reconciliation.

Assess localization gaps and determine whether requirements can be met through standard SAP functionality, configuration, SAP localization content, extensions, or external integrations.

Review relevant SAP Notes / OSS Notes associated with localization, regulatory changes, billing, and electronic invoicing.

Partner closely with Tax, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Supply Chain, and regional business teams.

Lead functional integration across SAP and external platforms.

Develop functional specifications, solution designs, test scenarios, process documentation, and deployment requirements.

Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities for billing and localization scenarios.
