Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, administer, and support enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.
This is a hands-on role combining SharePoint development and administration with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 integrations, Azure, and API development. The successful candidate will serve as a primary technical resource for SharePoint while partnering with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve collaboration, and deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, administer, and support enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.
This is a hands-on role combining SharePoint development and administration with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 integrations, Azure, and API development. The successful candidate will serve as a primary technical resource for SharePoint while partnering with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve collaboration, and deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, develop, and support SharePoint Online environments.
- Manage site collections, hubs, permissions, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and information architecture.
- Establish and maintain SharePoint governance standards, including site provisioning, naming conventions, storage, and lifecycle policies.
- Manage user access, security groups, retention policies, and compliance settings.
- Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Build and support Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven applications.
- Develop automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Build and support Dataverse-based solutions.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 APIs, custom connectors, and third-party APIs.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and reporting.
- Support Azure-based components used for application deployment and integrations.
- Monitor platform health, usage, and performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Review applications and workflows for security, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base content.
- Train users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
- Serve as a primary technical owner for the organization's SharePoint environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifying experience.
- 4+ years of progressively responsible Information Technology experience.
- Demonstrated enterprise experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or similar technologies supporting application deployment.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell for administration, reporting, and automation.
- Experience creating custom connectors and API integrations.
- Understanding of low-code/no-code development, UI/UX principles, and business-process automation.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft solutions with external applications through APIs, connectors, and middleware.
- Must currently hold or obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 12 months of employment.
- 4+ years administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server within an enterprise environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience across:
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Teams
- Entra ID / Azure AD
- Experience managing permissions, security groups, retention, and compliance.
- Advanced PowerShell experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Experience designing information architecture, metadata, and enterprise content-management strategies.
- Experience with Power Platform governance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience supporting user adoption, training, and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert preferred.
- PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals preferred.
