Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OneStream Techno-Functional Consultant to support enterprise finance transformation and performance management initiatives.
This position requires strong hands-on expertise configuring, implementing, administering, and supporting the OneStream platform, combined with the functional finance knowledge needed to partner effectively with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders.
The consultant will support enterprise solutions spanning budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial consolidation, management reporting, Workforce Planning, and Capital Planning while serving as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, administer, enhance, and support enterprise OneStream applications.

Design and configure OneStream workflows, business rules, dimensions, forms, dashboards, reports, and data integrations.

Support and optimize budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting processes.

Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable OneStream solutions.

Implement and support Workforce Planning and Capital Planning solutions within OneStream.

Collaborate with implementation partners, system integrators, and cross-functional teams throughout solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Facilitate requirements workshops, solution-design sessions, UAT, training, and knowledge transfer.

Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions that improve data integrity, reliability, and performance.

Support data management, validation, reconciliation, and integration processes.

Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and OneStream implementation best practices.

Support governance, controls, security, and documentation standards for enterprise finance applications.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business users on OneStream capabilities and solutions.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant professional experience.

Strong hands-on experience with OneStream platform configuration, administration, implementation, and support.

Ability to independently configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance OneStream applications.

Experience implementing and supporting OneStream solutions within enterprise-scale environments.

Strong knowledge of OneStream architecture, including:

Deep knowledge of OneStream Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting capabilities.

Experience designing and configuring financial planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management processes.

Experience with financial systems, data integration, reporting, and analytics platforms.

Understanding of data management, data validation, reconciliation, and integration frameworks.

Ability to translate complex finance requirements into scalable OneStream configurations and solutions.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior OneStream professional who is equally comfortable with hands-on platform configuration and finance-facing consulting.
This person should have deep experience across OneStream planning and performance-management capabilities and, importantly, direct hands-on experience with both Workforce Planning and Capital Planning. They should be capable of independently configuring solutions while also leading requirements discussions with Finance stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
